"I have always been intrigued by Cephalopods." There are numerous cephalopod species found throughout the globe. This sculpture represents my vision of the largest known species: the Pacific Giant Octopus (Enteroctopus dofleini). Records indicate it can weigh up to 600 lbs. At least 100 cephalopod species possess three hearts. They are all remarkable and as fluid as the waters they inhabit. Highly intelligent with an advanced brain and excellent vision, they excel at camouflage.
